We are very pleased to see you again at our next Autumn Conference in Madrid in October 2023.
Registrations are open up to 3rd July 2023. After that date we cannot guarantee any hotel reservation and the hotel rooms options will definitely be released.
If you attended the Berlin Conference your details had been saved and you can use the link on the registration form to get access to your data and photo (the link may arrive in your spam box - to activate it - move this email into your inbox).
If you did not join in Berlin you will need to enter all your details and upload a recent photo of yourself for the participants list. So please have your photo ready to upload when you fill in the form!!!!!
Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the wire transfer instructions (should you not receive the confirmation email please check in your spam box!!!!). Please use the booking number (in red) given in the email and add your name and IPG Madrid Conference while processing the wire transfer of your delegate fee.
All payments must be made on 3rd July 2023 at the latest.

The organizer shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred by delegates as a result of cancellation or curtailment.
The booking is binding, a refund of fees in case of cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
It is the responsibility of the delegates to ensure they receive the best exchange rate and that the conference organizers receive the full amount in Euro (EUR) indicated on the registration confirmation. In any case any remaining costs will be invoiced by the organizers after the event.
For administrative reasons, there are no discounts if delegates attend only part of the outlined official programme.
It is the responsibility of the delegates to ensure that they have sufficient and appropriate travel insurance for the conference and any activities in which they participate.
It is the responsibility of the delegates to arrange for their own transfers from and to the airport.
Additional room costs such as room service, mini bar and parking must be settled with the hotel before check-out.
